Excellent service, always reasonable and on time. We rely on Nona's to care for three of our vehicles, new and older. You won't find a more honest and responsive shop in the area. We haven't been disappointed in five years.

Excellent people skills by Eshoe, Sarge and staff. Very kind people, who get to know you. They are experts at fixing cars most important. The technology used is top notch. They can do the sample stuff and the difficult repairs on American, or imports. I take my 2018 and 2015 Toyota Highlanders and our 2017 GMC, because they have the equipment to service them correctly. This is the 3rd time we take one of our many vehicles to Nona's. In a previous visit my wife took my Truck in and after checking the vehicle we were told there was nothing wrong with it and there was no charge. Sure enough, after a couple of years the truck is still running. My son's 2013 Chevy Cruze started losing coolant at around 50,000 miles. That shouldn't happen, and we remembered what Nona's had done for us in the past. The repairs were done promptly, we got a new water pump, thermostat and housing. Hopefully the parts will last awhile, but seems like the quality of GM cars and parts has slipped in the last few years. I'm sure the service we received was top notch. Will be coming back to Nona's for our car repair needs in the future. Thank you, Lino Silva
