I had a great first experience at Nona's. The staff were friendly, professional and communicative. Although I didn't wait at the shop long, the lobby is large, clean & comfortable. Highly recommend!

I made the appointment online and it was confirmed same night after 5pm and I was impressed by the responsiveness. Isa was welcoming and I appreciated his cheerful nature. The lounge was incredibly clean and appeared well sanitized. I helped myself to coffee and a donut before wiping down what I touched with an antibac wipe. The service was quick and seems like it worked to me. I drove back to the Bay area with no problem. Thank you Nona's!
