Welcome to March! It's going to be another action-packed month in Turlock, with so much going on. Between crazy sudden snowstorms and the struggle to get COVID-19 under control, we have a lot of chaos in our lives. It would be good to be able to introduce some order.
Spring will be here on March 20th, and with it comes a wave of spring cleaning as people look to remove the clutter in their homes. It's a time to simplify, refine, and reduce. It's an annual practice in our homes, but what about our cars?
It makes good sense to spring clean your car. Beyond the obvious benefit of your car looking more attractive and cleaner, there are additional benefits to a clean, orderly car. It can't cure depression, but it can help to have things cleaner. An immaculate car can make you a more considerate driver, as you will want to baby your vehicle.
Here are some natural next steps to getting the car spring-cleaned:
- Car wash. Your vehicle needs a good scrub and to have the engine vacuumed for leaves and particles.
- Detailing with a complete wipe down. Your entire interior needs the surfaces disinfected and freshened.
- Change the air filters. If you haven't changed the air filters in the past year, be sure to do it now, before allergy season brings pollen back!
